She came to Japan in 2011 and began her career in English education. She has worked in both high schools and elementary schools, where she created exam materials, supported English conversation and presentations, and helped organize English camps outside of school. Later, she gained experience as a preschool teacher for children aged 2–4, not only teaching lessons but also assisting with meals, toilet training, and other care. She also taught ELS classes for children aged 4–10. Kaitlyn loves engaging with children of all ages and finds great joy in teaching.
