Originally from the United States, Carly graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a focus on Art and Digital Medias. She then got her Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate before moving to Japan in 2020. She has spent the years since working with students of all ages, finding great joy in building creative ways to interact and enjoy lessons with her students.
Early Childhood Education has become her passion and she is committed to helping each child foster their independence and love for learning. She enjoys helping children overcome obstacles and find their voice as they learn and grow. An artist by nature, she also enjoys traveling, writing and music.
