Originally from the United States, Kevin graduated from the University of Texas, where he studied English and Japanese linguistics. During university, he taught ESL classes as part of the CELTA/TEFL program and has been involved in education for more than five years since coming to Japan. In his classroom, Kevin values respect among children from different backgrounds, encouraging them to listen to one another and embrace diverse perspectives. He hopes his students will grow into individuals who can communicate smoothly and confidently with people from all walks of life. His hobbies include visiting cat cafés and writing poetry.
