Please be informed that the Kachidoki Campus will be closed for winter break during the following period: Winter Break Period: Sunday, December 21, 2025 – Sunday, January 4, 2026 During the winter break, we will not be able to process changes or cancellations for programs you have already applied for. We will respond to inquiries received during the break starting from January 5. For the Winter School program:– For sessions starting Monday, January 5, please complete your application—or any cancellations or changes to existing bookings—by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19.– For sessions starting Tuesday, January 6, please complete your application—or any cancellations or changes to existing bookings—by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026.
