Gakugeidai Campus will be closed for winter break during the following period: Winter Break Period: Saturday, December 27, 2025 – Sunday, January 5, 2026 During the winter break, we will not be able to respond to inquiries or process changes or cancellations for programs you have already registered for. Responses will be provided sequentially from January 5 onward. For Winter School programs starting on Monday, January 5, please complete your registration, or submit any cancellations or changes, by 10:00 AM on Friday, December 26. For other dates, please complete your registration by 10:00 AM on the business day prior to your participation (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, holidays, and school closure days).
