Currently, 460 students from over 70 countries study at TIS.
Graduates of TIS Kindergarten receive priority consideration for admission to TIS*.
Add in: TIS is moving in August 2026 to Takanawa Gateway City (add on photo)
*Whilst priority consideration is given, admission is not guaranteed. Admission to TIS is based on the student’s eligibility and the successful completion of the application process. Benefits may vary by year.

What began as a single preschool in 1985 has grown into a network of kindergartens grounded in global-minded, Inquiry-driven education. Guided by a belief in each child's unique potential, we evolved into a system of independent campuses-each reflecting the core values of the Tokyo International School Group while responding to the needs of their local communities.
